Next, you will be able to visit the Cieza Peach Interpretation Centre, Located in the El Elipe area of Cieza, you will learn about the evolution of this product on a typical farm with traditional peach trees. explanatory panels, videos and a calibrating machine from the early nineties.
The Interpretation Centre also houses the Traveling Interpretation Centre Spain in Bloom in which the different types of blooms in the country are explained in different formats, along with their unique characteristics, including those of Cieza, in an initiative framed within the national agritourism project Spain's Flowering Experience (www.floracion.es), selected by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism as one of the most innovative experiences in the country.
They will also be able to learn about our Craft shop and Metro 0 Garden showing them how we manage the crop and waste on the farm that has allowed us to be finalists of the Food Sustainability Awards in Tourism at the last edition of FITUR. Specifically, we will explain to you, right there in the field, with the help of a local farmer, how to perform the traditional pruning technique so that the trees produce their best fruit.
